Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Mox Shoes USA currently ships to recipients within the United States of America and Canada.  If you are located within Mexico and are interested in purchasing Mox shoes, please email us at customerservice@moxshoes.com.  If you are located anywhere else in the world, please visit www.moxonline.com.au to have your Mox needs met.

USA shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail.  Please allow up to 4-6 business days from time of shipping to receive your shoes (Allow extra time for orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii). Canadian shipping is done via USPS First Class International.

Shipping is FREE on order of 3 or more pairs in the USA. $5 flat rate shipping for all other orders in the USA.

Shipping to Canada is $10 for one pair and $15 for 2 or 3 pairs.

Returns

If for some reason you are not happy with your online purchase you can exchange or return within 30 days of purchase, as long as it meets to following guidelines:

  • The product is returned with the original hang tags
  • There are no visible signs of wear and tear; product must be unworn
  • Be carefully packaged in a shipping envelope or box. Mox is not responsible for lost or damaged returns

Please complete the returns and exchange form to begin this process. Mox Customer Service will reply with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we have received your item, Mox will refund the cost of the products noted on your packing list returned within these guidelines. 

Shipping is FREE on all returns and exchange orders in the USA. Return shipping costs is the customer's responsibility from Canada.

Exchanges

Sometimes you need to exchange a size or color for something else—it happens. Please complete a Returns and Exchanges (REX) form. Once your REX is received, Mox Customer Service will reply with a prepaid return shipping label.

When Mox Returns Department receives your shoes, we will exchange them for the size or color of your choice and your new Mox will be back on your feet in no time!

Wrong Size

If you feel you have received the wrong size please make sure to try on your Mox to determine the shoe you received does not truly fit. Mox shoes when initially fitted should feel firm. Over time your Mox will soften and mold to your foot shape. Please refer to our size chart for clarification.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you have received damaged or defective product upon arrival please complete the returns and exchange form

This does not include normal wear and tear or damages due to improper fit, alterations or misuse of your Mox product.

Shoes deemed subject to fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damages will not be accepted as faulty.  Mox reserves the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering the customer an exchange or refund. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Mox will be final and conclusive.
