What are Mox made from?
Mox are made in China from 100% man made rubber. Mox feel very much like a traditional rubber flip flop. The material is soft, comfortable, fully submersible and easy drying.
Will my feet feel sweaty in Mox?
Surprisingly, no. Unlike the jelly shoes from the 1980’s which were made of PVC plastic, our shoes are made of 100% man made rubber and have been structured with twists and gaps to provide sufficient ventilation for a closed toe shoe. Even though every shoe has an appropriate season, Mox has been designed with a moderate climate in mind making it a versatile all year-round shoe. Even during Summer, Mox should not feel significantly sweatier than a traditional closed toe leather or synthetic shoe.
How do I take care of my Mox?
Regular cleaning with liquid soap, cold water and a soft brush will ensure that your Mox shoes always look their best. Several customers recommend showering with your Mox on to keep them fresh!
How long will my Mox last?
Depends how much you love and wear them! You should expect a season or two of wear from your Mox. Mox are designed for comfort. Mox are formed from 100% man made rubber rather than plastic. You should find Mox do not require 'wearing in' as they are comfortable right from the moment you first slip them on.
What if I have wide feet?
From customers who have wide feet, we have heard Mox are perfect. Mox mold to your feet after a few wears. If your foot is very wide you may be more comfortable wearing one size up from your normal European shoe size.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our online store accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal as forms of payment.
Is it safe to use my debit or credit card on your site?
Security is very important to Mox Shoes. We use up-to-date SSL security to ensure that all information on the site that you provide us with is encrypted and is not vulnerable to interception.
Payments are transacted by Stripe or Paypal who are both compliant with the strictest PCI requirements.
Do you charge sales tax on orders?
Sales tax is determined by shipping address. Mox Shoes USA is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California and the appropriate sales tax charges will be added to your checkout total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift certificates; however, purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to sales tax based on the shipping address.
Mox Shoes USA does not collect sales tax from all states. However, your purchase may not be exempt from tax because you purchased on the Internet, your purchase may still be subject to tax in your state. Many states (including and not exclusively Colorado, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Vermont) require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of each year reporting all taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Please check the website of your respective taxing authority for details on, if and how you can file returns you may be responsible for.

How long will it take to receive my Mox?
We ship Mox in the USA using Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. This can take up to 4-6 business days. Allow extra time for orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.
When we ship Mox to Canada, we ship First Class International through the United States Postal Serivce. The estimate from the USPS is 10-14 business days.
Will you ship to a PO Box?
Since we ship using the United States Postal Service, we can ship to a PO Box.

Mox currently delivers within the USA and Canada.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change your order please contact us immediately via the Customer Service page. We may begin processing your order soon after it is placed. There is no guarantee that we will receive your change or cancellation prior to processing your order. If you receive your shoes and need to request a change please do so via the normal returns and exchange procedures.
